Share Prospectus Issed 26 March 1914. Hopes to place 100,000 machines in cinemas and places of amusement. Machine is to be attached to cinema seats. Six inches high, five inches wide and two inces deep each machine contains 10 tablets of chocolate. Estimated gorss profits for one year are £32,604 3s 4d. Each machine had advertising space on the front which is also to be sold. Letter to Registrar of Joint Stock Companies August 29th 1923 states "the company has never functioned since its inception".
