Company does not propose to manufacture but to enter into agreements with cinematograph machine manufacturers to produce the projector on their behalf. Rights purchased from The Grescole Syndicate Ltd. Letter to Registrar of Joint Stock Companies dates 13 March 1917, owing to the War the operations of the company "have been for many months suspended".
