Originally known as the Safety Auto-Light Company Ltd registered in 1909. Name changed and new company registered december 1909. Produced match cases with advertisements printed on them. Marketed to Picture Theatre owners, since the recipient will see your ad each time he lights a match. Matches are self-striking, just remove them to light them. Note in Bioscope 17.2.1910, 9 says that over a million a day are handed out in cinemas in America. Letter to registrar of joint stock companies dated 23 July 1917 states that company "has not been carrying on business for two years".
