Purchased from Hans Hartmann (24 Frith St) an invention for the delivery of cakes of chocolate. Invention not yet patented. Letter to Registrar from solicitor H.J Gauntier, 59 Chancery Lane, dated 22 March 1918 states that the Secretary and Clerk of the company were both in the Army and that the clerk "informed me some two or three years ago that the Company never did any business after formation". Dissolved by notice in the London Gazette 19 Feb 1924. Moved to 59 Charing Cross Road Dec 1913. Shareholders of interest are Autovending Machines Ltd, 42/3 Cranbourn St Major shareholder with 1496 shares Dec 1914. See above, Autovending Machines Ltd was formed in 1913 and also purchased an invention from Hartmann.
