Further letter dated 19 Nov 1915 from Apex Films, now at the address, states that the company was formed "but never officially commenced business and thereby automatically ceased its existence" A copy of tge register of directors was sent to the Registrar dated 6 Sept 1916 listing Hyman Winik and Jocelyn Brandon as directors. Whether Brandon was a director from the outset is unclear.
