Daniel Harper was deceased and business was acquired from the trustees, William Jay and Edith Garstin. Company formed to sell the Harper upright electric piano with 1d slot attached to cafes, restaurants etc. Profits for 10.10.04-15.11.05 were £897 15s 6d based on sales of 55 instruments. Price for upright piano is 45 guineas, for a horizontal grand, 65 guineas. Also purchased rights to the Sunrise Washing Machine.
